  • What is Aldun?
    We are a new-age digital healthcare service here to make your hospitalization experience simpler and more convenient. There are number of administrative hassles one has to go through from admission to discharge during a hospitalisation, including complex bills, discharge with wait of 5-6 hours. This can be tiring. This is where we come in. We simplify all of this, so that you can take care of your loved one.
  • How does instant discharge work?
    We onboard you right during your admission into the hospital with a Simple KYC and a Payment Consent. Once everything is set and your doctor gives you a go ahead for discharge, you can go home immediately. We will send all your documents (your discharge summary, Bills etc) to you via Whatsapp / Email once ready. You can pay online within 7 days from the day of discharge, from the comfort of your home.
  • Do you charge any fees?
    In most of our hospitals, we provide this elevated experience as part of your hospital package at free of cost. Ask at the hospital for Aldun Discharge Desk or contact us at +91 6361 710 869 or email us at help@aldun.com
  • How can I clear my dues?
    You can settle the remaining amount in 7-day period online using Debit Card, UPI or Net Banking
  • Will this affect my credit score?
    We are partnered with RBI compliant NBFCs for facilitating this. Applying with Aldun and paying in full will not affect your credit score. Making on time payments may positively impact your score in these cases. Missed or late payments may impact your credit score, therefore we always recommend making payments on time.
  • What happens if I am unable to pay in 7 days?
    Late Payment Fees will be charged beyond 7 days in case of late payments. Hence we recommend you to pay in time.
