Setting up FAQs
We are a new-age digital healthcare service here to make your hospitalization experience simpler and more convenient.
There are number of administrative hassles one has to go through from admission to discharge during a hospitalisation, including complex bills, discharge with wait of 5-6 hours.
This can be tiring.
This is where we come in. We simplify all of this, so that you can take care of your loved one.
• We onboard you right during your admission into the hospital with a Simple KYC and a Payment Consent. Once everything is set and your doctor gives you a go ahead for discharge, you can go home immediately.
• We will send all your documents (your discharge summary, Bills etc) to you via Whatsapp / Email once ready.
• You can pay online within 7 days from the day of discharge, from the comfort of your home.
We are partnered with RBI compliant NBFCs for facilitating this.
Applying with Aldun and paying in full will not affect your credit score.
Making on time payments may positively impact your score in these cases.
Missed or late payments may impact your credit score, therefore we always recommend making payments on time.
