1- Aldun assists in preparing, verifying, and submitting your reimbursement claim to your insurer or Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
2- Role: We act solely as a facilitator and not as an insurance agent or representative of any insurer or hospital.
3- Responsibility: Our role is limited to compiling and submitting documents as per insurer/TPA guidelines. We do not guarantee claim approval or outcome
4- By using this service, you authorize us to collect and share your relevant personal, medical, and financial documents with the insurance company, strictly for the purpose of claim submission.
5- Communication: You permit us to communicate with your insurer/TPA/hospital for claim processing on your behalf. You agree to assist with any required information or contact details of your insurance provider.
6- Updates: We will track and share claim status updates with you as received from the insurer/TPA.
7- Accuracy: You confirm that all details and documents shared by you are true, complete, and accurate.
8- In the unlikely event that we are unable to take your claim to its final stage (approval or rejection) within 45 days of receiving all required documents, we guarantee a full refund of any service charges collected, provided you have kept us informed of all insurance communications, responded to queries, and shared all required documents on time.
Declaration:I have read and understood the above Terms & Conditions and hereby consent to proceed with the Post-Operative Reimbursement Assistance service provided by Aldun
